High-Precision Inspection for Plant Quality
In this setup, plants move along a conveyor belt and are illuminated by DCM Sistemes light systems. Three cameras, positioned at 120° angles, capture images from multiple perspectives, ensuring a complete inspection of the plant without needing to rotate it. Using PEKAT VISION’s Classifier module, the system categorizes each plant into one of three classes: first, second, or third choice.
Enhancing Consistency with AI
Manual selection processes are often prone to inconsistency, especially when operators are under pressure. Our deep learning Classifier module eliminates these uncertainties by consistently evaluating each plant based on its health status and the density of its branches. With the use of multiple camera angles, the system captures comprehensive data to accurately assess the overall quality of each plant.
